its normal to have sick thoughts, we cant help if a horrifiying thought of having sex with our sisters/brothers pops in, its human nature to think such things dont worry, as long as your thoughts dont follow in your actions its ok

Humans, like all living creatures, have a built-in self-destruct mode to protect the species in stressful circumstances by reducing the population. Unfortunately this self-destruct mode can be triggered by many different types of stress, including dietary deficiencies or retriggered traumas from childhood, factors which are no longer useful to the survival of our species.
Having these thoughts does not mean you are crazy or twisted. But it does mean that you are having some difficulty dealing all by yourself with some unknown stress in your life. Do yourself and your baby a favor and seek help from an understanding physician or qualified counselor. Learn what is causing these thoughts and take care of yourself so you can be a better and happier person and parent. Remember, your child will learn by your own example how to deal with life's problems.

you're obviously going through alot. You thing you're crazy but you're not. see, as long as it's only thoughts that you have then it's okay. if you're not actually trying to drop off a roof of get hit by a car, you're okay. life sux, and many ppl like you and i think that. but trust me, finishing everything with a suicide will prove you to be a total loser. you gotta stand up to life. you gotta struggle. find something to care about whether it's a living thing or not... you just gotta understand that if you're already living on this earth, you've gotta accomplish something. including caring about your own self for your own sake.
Look. just live, iight. I know you hate it, and I know it's hard. But you're in this process called life, where all you do is survive and try to do all you can and accomplish as much as possible. Well, try that. Don't complain. rid yourself of those thoughts. live and make the best of it. there's still so much to see and to learn. Live is worth it.

It honestly depends on how you live your life. I used to be suicidal. I met great people and they've helped me throughout our friendship. Just find a great friend and use them as your source of life. Then everything will be ok.

I think you need to talk to someone about these feelings. Everyone has little feelings of despair, but if they get bad, you may need help. Good luck, it always feels better when you talk to someone.
