My boyfriend is graduating from Marine basics Dec. 8th, this will be the 1st time he's seen me in 3mths, i want to look great for him but i am scared of what to wear for the occasion, any suggestions?

Take a look at the weather first of all - then immediately after the ceremony he has 5 minutes to get his gear and clear the field - you in a dress and high heels in the cold......hmmmm
Wait until he's officially out, and bring a nice outfit with you to change into.

wear a floaty, just below the knee sundress with off the shoulder sleeves. wear it in a light color so you'll look like an angel or something to him. wear your hair long and loose so it'll blow in the wind and a simple charmbracelet will do. wear wedges that don't have a heel that's too high.
