My skin's pale and my hair's so dark that even after I do a very close shave I can still see hair folicles under my skin. Is waxing the only solution to this? I have a busy schdule and not a lot of cash. Anybody have any suggestions?

you can try a lotion which makes your hair grown in slower and lighter. Its from Jergens and you can get it from local drugstores...
