If you mean flowers it's a corsage. It can be worn on the shoulder, waist or wrist. Usually some of the color in the corsage matches the color of your dress.

a corsage...even if it doesn't match I think that the girl should still wear it. It shows that the boy thought enough of her to buy it and the thought of a boy taking time to choose a corsage is sweet & adorable. Be proud to wear his choice!

yeah, the guy buys a croshashe for the girl and the girl buys a butineer for the guy. the croshashe is the flower on a braclet. the butineer is a flower on a oin. sorry about my spelling.
