dude ive seen some pretty pussified bands with mosh pits, i dont think u have to worry about story of the year havin em.. and if they dont: START ONE!

well if your a weak person dont go the mosh pits are harsh! yet awsome if your body can take a good beating and you wont cry go you will love it theres hundreds of people slamming each other

probably, whenever you can drink and listen to "rock" music people will form mosh pits. I've been to one of their concerts and they were alright.
