My auntie has the 2005 model and let me tell you, it's like a living room on wheels!! So comfortable.
It has the third row of seats that fold down and is very versatile. Each seat has plug ins for the radio, DVD player which is all the "extras" my auntie wanted, but there are lots more.
It's nice to drive too. Very smooth and easy to handle. Radio controls on the steering wheel and everything else very accessible.
Nice car, very nice.

I like that SUV. It seems large enough but I am unsure if there is a third row of seats...I dont think there is so it might no be a good idea to cram three kids together for any extended amount of time. If you are renting this vehicle specifically for travel I would go with something that has three rows of seating. That way you can be more seperated. I think a minivan is a good idea and they are usually cheaper to rent than a larger SUV.
