type "petite womens clothing" and your area code or city names into a search engine and that should bring up should help out. You might also include the word "review", as that will help to cut down some of the responses and/or target you more to specific shops in your area.
you might also consider a custom clothier for better garments or learn to sew.

Try yoox.com. They have a lot of those european designers that make sure that their models were hungry and small. There should be plenty of zeros. If that doesn't work, then wearing Hilary Duff clothes aren't so bad.

if ur a size 0 then girls sections are good, but try the teen stores too, they aren't as childish but still fit.

Probably Abercrombie and Fitch and Aeropostale would be your best bet. American Eagle is cute, but their waist lines are still pretty big. Hollister's jeans are pretty tight fitting too.

maybe 5.7.9 they have sizes 00, 0 ,1,3,5,7,and 9 so the 00 would probably fit u i wish that i was as small as u lol.

you should shop online most stores carry the smaller sizes that they dont have in the store. and if not you could always get them taylered
