Proper grammar calls for "I wish I had done something". "Would" is for the result of that wish being true, e.g., "then I wouldn't feel so guilty".

A lot of people (Bruce Springsteen for one) say "I wish I would have" though.

It`s "I desire I have been going" exceptionally straightforward, surely. I desire - destiny annoying. i became into - previous annoying. SO don`t you ask your self the way you will desire to in all likelihood use the two interior an identical sentence? That`s common. The subjunctive temper is in specific circumstances wrongly used for the Indicative. whilst the assertion presented by potential of "if" or "nonetheless" is an actually fact, or what's believed to be a fact, the right temper for use is the Indicative, not the Subjunctive. Eg: If he became into there, he would desire to have heard the communicate. right here it rather is "became into" yet when I have been you(yet i`m not), I would desire to agree. If he have been right here, he might help me. it rather is mere supposition.
