Yellow stain on negatives?

Question

I'm converting my black and white negatives to digital at the moment and there is a yellow residue left on some of them from when i didn'r rinse them properly many years ago.

How do I get rid of them?

Well,i think the best way would be to first convert them to dig.and then do something with that,like photoshop or sumthin.
