Asia has alot of countries within it. So does Africa. In Asia there is communism in China and Vietnam, North Korea, but there is also Democracy in South Korea, Malaysia, Japan, and Taiwan. In Africa I think it is supposed to be mostly democratic but usually a government or dictator takes over the country and controls it.

I'm not sure about Asia.
When I was in Africa. I visited 4 countries. The first one I know a little bit about was Tanzania. There my guide told me that there are no mortgage companies- no borrowing money-like we do in the USA. He said that if he needed to buy a house he would need to save the money and have it in total before you can buy.
Zimbabwe- the value of a 1.00 US bill had 10,000 in the corner- I can't remember exactly how the values were but very dramatic.
