I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my third child and when I found out I was pregnant I've just felt so different. I keep seeing signs of twins and triplets and my body feels much different than my other pregnancies. My oldest is 4 my youngest is 3 and they are both girls and I have this feeling that Im having twins just with all the signs I see and comments ppl make "oh maybe you will have a boy and a girl" out of no where. With that said I got pregnant about 2 weeks after stopping my bc pill and I wasn't taking it faithfully so I would take 2-3 pills at a time till my husband and I decided we just wanted to have one more and then one of us were going to get fixed. Well at my doctors visit at 5 weeks she said that would increase my chances of having twins by 50% but even before she said that I have felt this way. Anyone else have a similar story?? I f so let me know what happened.

The only way to know you have twins is to have an ultra sound but it's too early for one yet.
Taking your bc pill like that wont increase your chance of multiple birth....fertility drugs would increase your chance of multiples to 1 in 20.

Birth control can increase your chances for twins so don't listen to women that havn't had twins.I had twins and i got pregnant 2 weeks after i stopped using that patch(same as pill just stays on your arm for a week at a time) My doctor told me that the reason i probably dropped 2 eggs was because of the patch so i do believe that is true.I'm thinking you are having a girl maybe 2.

Maybe it is a boy and not a girl like your other 2 children
