Ive just moved to BT and no probs so far, and also i like the security and free wireless minutes that you get in train stations and cafe's and such, but i guess each provider has its good and bad points - had NTL before and they messed me around something terrible !

ntl/telewest supply the following - Phone, digital TV, Broadband, and Virgin mobile , down a fibre optic cable under the footpath, so no need for special electrical outlets protected against lightning.
Nothing to buy. Everything belongs to them, so when something goes wrong you are not out-of-pocket.
The lot for £20 PM ( Just ended) normally £30 PM phone 0800 052 0951 I have been with them for 3 years now, and I don't intend moving from them.

The prize goes to Nildram. We have five separate broadbands in t'office, and that's the one that needs no attention. Others say the same thing.
