x = clarrisa's age
y = mich's age
z = max's age

x = 3(y+z) + 2
z= 3(x+y+z) + 1
y = x+y+z
y+ 0.5x = x+y+z

That's the way to solve it but there is a mistake in your last two sentences ( represented by my two last equations ) :

It's impossible that Mich is as old as them three added together .
It's impossible that mich + half clarrisa = total of the three of them

a million. on account that -a million would not contain the variable to unravel for, pass it to the marvelous-hand area of the equation by skill of including a million to the two aspects. 9x^(2)=a million 2. Divide each and every term interior the equation by skill of 9. (9x^(2))/(9)=(a million)/(9) 3. Simplify the left-hand area of the equation by skill of canceling the hardship-unfastened components. x^(2)=(a million)/(9) 4. Take the sq. root of the two aspects of the equation to get rid of the exponent on the left-hand area. x=~((a million)/(9)) 5. split the fraction interior the novel right into a separate radical expression interior the numerator and the denominator. a fraction of roots is equivalent to a root of the fraction. x=(a million)/(~(9)) 6. Pull all appropriate sq. roots out from under the novel. for this reason, get rid of the three simply by fact that's a appropriate sq.. x=(a million)/(3) 7. First, replace interior the + portion of the to discover the 1st answer. x=(a million)/(3) 8. next, replace interior the - portion of the to discover the 2d answer. x=-(a million)/(3) 9. the completed answer is the top results of the two the + and - parts of the answer. answer: x=(a million)/(3),-(a million)/(3) desire this helps u :)

Double check your problem that you wrote out. The second and third line don't make any sense.
