No way, I would give that money to someone who really needs it, or a charity organization instead. I think people who travel to space are the ones who should be there, and are trained properly, and deserve to go.

Yeah, I would have paid the 20 million dollars to go to space. Its an opportunity of a lifetime. How many people could have come back and say that space smells like a burnt almond cookie?

It was a great opportunity and if I could afford it I would have taken the trip.

well, for starters, i don't have $20 million, and therefore, cannot spend that much. But if i had the kind of money that that chick had, like $550 million, then maybe i would. but i'd wait like 20 years. I'm too young to die and space travel is one of the most dangerous ways to travel.

No, I'd use it to retire... or buy a really big jaw-breaker (mmmmmmmmmmm jaw-breaker *droool*).

If I had about > $1 billion, maybe. I think I'd rather help cure AIDS or help out some random people for the heck of it. Maybe I'd just give it all away and live homeless in the streets, money really doesn't mean all that much - we're just programmed to believe it does.

If I had a terminal disease and could borrow the money, I'd take the trip, and cut the umbilical during an outside trip. They could pick me up sometime in the future and fix me up again......

I would buy the trip but I would let one of my kids take the seat. They would enjoy it more. Plus, they would take pictures and video so I would get the pleasure of seeing space and watching their thrill at being there. Best of both worlds (pun intended!)!

If I have more money than I know what to do with...Hell yeah!!

But if i onlyt had 20 million, i'd probably buy my girlfriend the biggest diamond ring in the world, or just get really, REALLY drunk!

Peace

No something much more constructive could have been done with the money. How many starving childrens lives could have been saved for the price of that joy ride. It's sickening to think about it.
