Is there like a department store or somewhere close and convenient for me to get this ingredient?

Try the condiment section of your supermarket or some deli selling sausage condiments and sausage making materials (casings, etc.).

PN is used to give a nice pink color to sausages.

Be careful. Don't do stupid things. You do not want to become sausage meat urself. If you were a professional in this **** you will not need to ask.

try filling a bottle with water,
then add two metal wires, and run a current through them
( not touching)
the bubbles that are there are hydrogen gas and oxygen gas

if you know about kno3,
you'll get the idea.

any shop which sells fertilizer.
You can also make your own. Takes some space and about a year. Also stinks quite a bit.
