My guy is gonna seriously let me dress him up as a woman and I'd like to do a convincing job and take him out. I need some tips, especially on the make-up to hide masculine features like eyebrows (without plucking them). I am serious. Got any suggestions?

My gosh guys! It's for fun. It's not sick. I did not expect so much negativity. It's a one time deal to see if we can pull it off and fool some people. Calm down, okay?

well i think if you choped his arms off you would be able to get a blouse on easy, then chop his legs off that would help with putting tights on,

With the eyebrows, some plucking may be required simply to define them. He may even like the look and want to keep it up. Thicker eyebrows are kinda the popular thing right now, though, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
Assuming one of you has basic make-up knowledge, here, so I'm just gonna give you a quick run-down. Use a blush similar to skin color and brush it lightly over the cheekbones. Keep eye make up simple, use a black eyeliner and when applying it, pull the corner of the eye towards the temple, it gives you more room to work with. Eyeshadow is best is you stick close to the eye color, maybe throw in whatever color he is gonna be wearing. You can apply that all the way to the eyebrow, follow the curve of the optical bone, and please, please, PLEASE keep it natural looking. You're going for female not drag queen. If you're using any kind of foundation, just put it on like face lotion and make sure it is smooth and even.
Clothes wise... well, men have broader shoulders, so I'd stick with longer sleeves. Kinda thinking that you'll be going shopping, so... Maybe a nice below the knee skirt, though you'll have to talk him into shaving at least to his knees. Skirts would be better than pants on a whole, better at hiding... stuff. Hit up the bra section and see what they have for water-bras, something most little breasted women wear to enhance their bust. If small breast look weird, go for a b-cup and pick up some pudding and water balloons. Yes, the pudding goes in the water balloons and dont knock it, it got my sister through middle school.
I hope ANY of this helped and that you're man looks good. Have fun!!

If you use livejournal, there's a community for makeup tips I know. Also...if you know any other friends that are drag queens, they can help you out big time.

Generic things: lighter color over hair areas (shave as close as you can, then go over with light color). Same with eyebrows: just layer the makeup in if you don't want to pluck or shave or wax, and then draw 'em back on. Darker foundation on the sides of the nose with lighter foundation in the middle help thin it out a little. Some bronzer's good for shading.

As for the bra: tip of the trade. Old stockings you're not using anymore, filled with equally measured oatmeal and then tied off. If he doesn't want to shave his legs, either layer about 6 pairs of stockings, or else get some opaque ones. I'd suggest letting him help out big time in picking out what to wear; let him have fun with it. Create a persona, and decide what she'd like. Same with colors for lips and eye shadow.
Really, it's going to be best to either practice a WHOLE lot beforehand just playing around, or else find yourself a drag-mama.

I think that it is cool and you should go all out with him.you should try to get him to let you at least thin down his brows a little bit . you dont need to pluck out much if you shape them right. What do you have planned for her to wear?If i were you id pick out a sexy skirt and blouse ,and take her shopping for heels,You shouldnt stuff the bra ,try to bey either a padded or jell filled bra.Since he wants you to feminise him id bet it wont be the last time so any clothing wont go to waste.

If he doesn't want to pluck, then try just brushing his eyebrows so they're neater and shaped better. There's a youtube video about doing drag - it's not complete, but the makeup section is there. :)
