Calling names may be rude, but it is not necessarily malicious. However, you will have to have a little courage if you are to stand up to them.
Excessive noise should be addressed already in the city or town code. Call the police and discuss it with them. Also, you may tell them what was told to you. In some states, such as Michigan, it is against the law to use profanity or obscenity against women and children. If they threatened you, that is also against the law. It's called "terroristic threat" in some states, in others it's something else.
Call the police, tell them everything. You can also consult a lawyer, because civil litigation is another possiblity, though it can cost you money though you may recover expenses by suing.
If your neighbourhood has an association, such as a homeowners association, also call them. You can also call your city council representative, and ask what you can do.
Remember, we live in a society with laws, but if no one supports them, they will not be enforced. Have a little courage. I'm sure some of the readership will be cheering you on from the sidelines, and praying for you too.

I choose the deep conversations. I evaluate myself an psychological, and that i do get excitement from philosophical factors of life, so at the same time as someone is waiting and prepared to have a deep verbal substitute with me I open it with open fingers. The lighthearted conversations are good for small communicate, in spite of the indisputable fact that the deep conversations are those that I stay for. The very last verbal substitute that i will undergo in recommendations that replaced my point of view on issues became probable with a woman i have presently met. It became a verbal substitute about relationships, the destiny, and life. It does open your eyes somewhat better to what's obtainable. :)

Well, I think you should move. If you can't, get some ear plugs, turn up your radio, and ignore them to the best of your ability. Learn some stress reducing techniques. But ideally, get the hell out of there pronto. Those people will drive you nuts, if you let them. Don't let them.

You can enquire with the police or your local council/borough department. They can intervene. However, I am sure that people like the ones you describe could be even more nasty after that. A horrible situation to be in.

You can try reporting them to the management of your apartment and then try the police....other than that if it's really that bad you may have to move.
