I think it's very normal to look at your poo. You want to see whats going on down there. Those people who are saying they don't, I think it's healthier to look than pull your nose up to the people that are being honest. You are what you eat after all.

I take a picture of it and keep a scrapbook. My doctor is speechless when I bring it in. I use the best picture of the week as a screensaver.
