Go out with each of them, unless they are friends. If they are friends, maybe you shouldn't go out with any of them. You will end up being resented, most likely.
If you do go out with each of them, make sure you are not letting on that you are being exclusive with each of them. However, don't get mad if they date other girls, too.
Some people will assume, perhaps wrongly, the person they are dating automatically will be exclusive. It is a reasonable assumption since many people believe one should focus on one relationship at a time. Others believe dating others is okay until a mutual agreement is made, i.e., "going steady." (or whatever you kids are calling it these days, lol)
Just be careful. And as long as you are dating more than one guy... NO SEX. Believe me, I see many, many pregnant girls who don't know who the daddy is... (I'm an OB/GYN ultrasound tech) and without genetic testing either with an invasive procedure during the pregnancy or DNA testing after the baby is born, there is no way to determine paternity if sex occurred with more than one man. In this case, you're left on your own during the pregnancy and everyone needs support during that time.
