type in yahoo avatars in the yahoo toolbar and go from there

Use the link that Mad Scientist provided. There's an option to use your Yahoo 360 picture. It will also provide a link for you to create a 360 page. Upload a picture on the 360 page, and it will show on this site as well if you select "Use my Yahoo 360 Picture" in your profile options.

Look up above....To the right of Yahoo! Answers you see welcome and your username. Go to my account and you can edit your pic there. :)
