hey ya please no rude comments/i just want to lose some weight for a trip...
please give a safe/gooddiet/ i could eat at school
please give me a daily diet meal

OMG thats how i feel so waht i did was, replace 2 meals with special K and dont eat any trans fats and eat very small porportions and walk a lot and do pilates and aviod stress, tras fats, and sleep more :)

for school, you can eat South Beach Diet ceral bars, they fill u up and ur not hungry until dinner, and drink lots of water and or juice and maybe ask to have grapes of apples or carrots with ur lunch

and for the other meal when ur not eating special k or total (wahtevr u prefer) just eat something u like (thats healthy!)

The main thing to remember is healty, balanced meals with good-sized portions. For breakfast a bowl of cereal with some fruit would be good. Lunch is when your at school so pack a sandwich, carrots, some sort of fruit, and then something you really like. Keep the portions a healthy size though, not to small, not too big. And then for dinner have your grains, veggies, fruit, and protein. Make sure the meat is only like a fist-sized portion. The biggest problem with people's diets is too much. Don't just eat when you're bored and don't overeat because you just feel the portions are too small. But make sure not to go anorexic and eat too little. Also you must get some sort of fitness program. Whether it is running, walking, or going to the gym, just do some physical activity. You will lose weight at a healthy pace using these ideas. Good luck, you'll look great in Mexico. And after Mexico keep it up, it is a good plan for life.

I used Slim-fast when I wanted to lose weight for a trip to Hawaii, and it worked pretty well. You can buy the shakes already made or you can mix the powder with your own milk. They also offer low-calorie snacks. Slim-fast was great for me because for one, I love chocolate, so drinking chocolate milk wasn't at all a chore. It suppresses your appetite, so you're not tempted to cheat and eat junk food. Eating sandwiches on wheat bread or grilled chicken instead of breaded are easy ways to change your eating habits. Fruits with lots of water in them (like watermelon) give you a full feeling without a lot of calories. There are little snack packs you can buy at the grocery store called 100 calorie snacks. They taste good and keep you satisfied til the next meal. Just my own personal preference- I like the Slim-fast powder more than I do the pre-mixed cans of the shake. The shakes were too thick and tasted a little like metal (because of the can), but the powders were just as yummy as regular chocolate milk. I mixed them with skim milk. You can buy the powder (buy in bulk, it's way cheaper) and mix it with the milk at school. If that seems a little weird to you, you can buy the cans and keep them cold with an icepack.

When is your trip? I'm trying to lose weight for a cruise to Mexico also. I'm going in January. Find something active you like and do it a couple times a week or more....
I'm trying to run.....

Okay if you want to loose some weight but you are not fat you should eat low fat yogurt or eat fish (any type) for 3 weeks also you shouldn't eat any candy or sweets like ice cream,pop, and other stuff with tons of sugar

try weight watchers you can eat anything you want to but after you eat so many points (you get so many points for your body weight) then you're done for the day. It does help. Exercise with it and you will lose weight.

slim fast optima meal bars are good cause they fill you up and they come in sweet flavors so you won't want sweets as much
