read a book, play cards. take a walk, watch a movie, watch a ballgame. take a drive to the beach or country, visit friends, call a friend, write family and friends, learn how to make something. learn to cook something you never knew hoe to cook. , visit your community recreation center, check out what is available for you to do. and do it

watch tv, read a book, go out side, go for a walk, work out, have sex, call someone, write a storygo swimming, garden, learn another language, play cards, go shopping, do something nice for another person, visit family, eat, redecorate/rearrange your room or house,listen to the radio just to name a few

One great idea is to exercise, whether it's a walk, run, bicycle ride, anything.
If all of us exercise more, then our computer use won't catch up to us in the form of extra, unwanted pounds.
