The finger on my right hand, the one next to the pinkie, does not seem to get enough blood. When its cold it looks like its going to fall off. It looks almost dead sometimes and all the rest look fine. My doctor says I am crazy. All he did was look at it.

Hmmm . . . try taking a picture next time that happens so you have proof. And switch doctors too, because he doesn't sound like he's taking seriously enough. I have something similar, but it's a pinched nerve or something in my left arm that makes my ring and pinkie fingers a little numb. Good luck!

My fingers and toes get cold first. I live in canada, and that is the bodies way of surviving. It's primary function is to keep the organs and torso area warm. Fingers and toes are non essentail when it comes down to staying alive. The artic fox actually as no blood circualtion to it's tail or ears and the will freeze to a dangerous level, but yet they are not injured.
How ever if your blood ciculation is really poor in just one finger, have you had frost bite before, or injured your finger. If it is painful or sore, I would go see another doctor. You may have a blood clot.
I work in health care and believe me, at least 1/2 of the doctors should not even be licensed. Go see someone else

That would depend on what Doctor you went to. Now if you went to your Family Physician, the you went to the wrong doctor. Try a Orthopedic Doctor. It may have to do with a nerve and are tended,in your wrist or finger. Do you feel any numbness or tingling? You really need to have your Doctor refer you to an Orthopedic Surgeon.
