take it from a nurse it is okay to take them DO NOT DOUBLE YOUR DOSE that could be very harmful to your vital organs usually medications are okay for 6 months after the expiration

Throw them away...there is an expiration date on them for a reason. Next time buy a smaller bottle?

They will be perfectly OK as long as they have not been either damp or hot for any length of time. They might have lost a little of their strength but will not be poisonous. Replace them as a matter of non-urgency and keep the next lot in a refrigerator where they will last indefinitely.

It's okay to take them but just remember they won't be as potent.

However, I wouldn't recommend that you take a huge dose to try to compensate. Every medicine loses potency at a different rate. If you have any doubts about it, throw it away.

They are fine to take. The expiration date is when they may become less effective. Just double your dosage.
