then when your older you can do what i do, think back and have a laugh at the ones that too the piss, becasue one of them works in McDonnands, two others work in tesco and one works as a parking attendent giving people tickets, im very rich and have a great life, there nobodys now, and they made them selves that way because they took the piss too much. and then laught at them and continue with everythought you have earned!

Well, this very well may be the result of bad habits and poor discipline, or it could be something more internal like depression.
Either way, you will start feeling MUCH better once you get a good diet and some daily excersize.
Well, veggies I can understand, but fruit? Come on, there's
gotta be SOME you like. No one's THAT picky. There are TONS
of different kinds of fruits in the world. Try some!
Also eat dairy products, eggs (only the white part, not the yolk
bag) and meat. Only eat sweets, say, once a week.
With excersize, think this in your head: just do it!
Run a mile every week, and do good stretches like the old push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, arm circles, calf achilles .. yada yada.
With a little determination, you can do it.

ok i will give you some tips how to loose fat in record time but i warn you cause they are not healthy .... 1st of all slow down on sweets if you cant then at least try not to eat more than a half of a 48g chocolate bar/day,the best will be to not get over 1000 calories / day ,do not eat too much "pasta food" or if you cant ... you must workout try pushups abs and situps start from 1 if you cant do more , the best for you will be to go to a gym im sure the guys there will help you out and uhm if you really want to loose half of your bodyweight in 6 months or less then eat extra salty food go to the gym and workout for 2 hours everyday but do not drink water or anything while you workout you can do that after and maybe a 5 min relaxation in the sauna before going home

first off some basic things you need to know. sweets make you hungrier than you already are. you could eat a ton and only be more hungry. good things like chicken and milk will fill you up and kill your hunger!
...some things i have learned are not to starve yourself cause when you do you will always overeat after. and if you excersize dont excersize to excessive levels because again, you will overeat after. ...or hurt yourself.
just take some walks and enjoy being outside, especially this time of year. take like an hour walk. bring an mp3 player and listen to something (i like listening to sermons sometimes). then the key thing is just to not overeat. thats pretty much what its all about. if you slow down your eating for a few days and then fast your stomach will shrink and youll get full faster! also try and eat things that will make you full. things with protien. milk, nuts, chicken! drink diet soda.... diet tastes nearly just as good as reular these days. order a salad at mcdonalds and wendeys. NO NOT THE BLT TACO SALAD. get the cesear. just use common sense. your body feeds on protien. its better to overeat a little and get the protien than to overeat and have nothing to show for it.
things i like to eat: chicken breasts(not fried or breaded), NUTS(of any type), salads from burger king and wendys, subway tuna wrap, milk, eggs, protien bars, water, ...stick to that type of stuff and watch your calorie to protien ratio.

You have really determined what your problem is...and that you want to change.
It won't be easy but you have to take one day at a time. Each day start to incorporate a little more exercise. Maybe you can start taking a multi-vitamin to get your nutrition on track or started in the right direction. You will have to start eating more healthy. But as you exercise more your body will crave certain "fuels". Start walking more, accept less rides. You will be surprised how your body will crave exercise after you have started. You will feel poorly without it.
Pretty soon you will see a change, but please be healthy about it. And don't get down on yourself, this will be hard enough without that little voice in your head saying you can't do it. Start thinking positive thoughts and before you know it you will be on your way...Good luck, I know you can do it.

cut your food intake , cut out sugar and salt in your diet and though you don't like fruit and vegetables try some you might like them and some of them have weight loss qualities,also do a colon cleanse as it will help clear your system of poisons and other toxins and possible parasites. try fasting one day oout of a week.also.
