ok first i want you to not listen to anyone saying something mean on this site (no one can make you feel inferior without your consent) I know what your going through i am going through it now. I am overweight and not exactly doing so well at getting rid of it, but this is my advice first accept yourself god gave you your curves accept them trust me your body is with you FOREVER you aren't getting rid of it. Second you don't have to eat veggies and fruits to be skinny it helps but it isnt necessary If you drink a lot of water (eight glasses a day+,,glass = eight ounces) that flushes your system and helps get rid of excess weight. (it also makes your skin look great) and you need to exercise it doesnt have to be a treadmill kinda thing just get invovled in local sport teams like soccer, softball, basketball etc. Exercising doesnt' have to be a chore just find something you enjoy and don't give it is going to take a while before you see any changes in your weight so dont get too discouraged good luck!

The only thing that I can think of is you would need to stop with the sweets.
You may not like veggies and fruits but they will make you healthier.
Experiment and find something you like. Take a cooking class and start
cooking healthy. You will probably discover their is more that you like than you think. Also exercise is a good key to health and fitness.
Its not easy but in private or at a club works good either way.
I hope no one slags on you. Hope you get the answer you want and need..

As much as you don't like it, you are going to have to start working out! If you don't like veggies nor fruit, you are going to have to start getting used to them. Cut out all sweets and food high in fat. Cut out soda, soda will make your stomach huge, try drinking diet soda if you must, but stick to water, plenty of it. Make a list of all the healthy foods you do like, and incorperate them with all your meals. Try playing a sport or go for long walks, perhaps you and a friend can join some sort of aerobics class. You need to remember that dieting is a lifetime commitment, its all about changing your lifestyle, look for different recipes that are low fat that you would not mind eating. Don't worry about what people say about you either, their imature. Its all will power, if you want to do it, you can but you need to really want to. Take each day at a time and keep track of your weight, its hard at first but if you stick with it, after a month you will start to feel and look great. You could e-mail me for advice if you like. You could do it if you want to do it, it just takes time and will power. LOL

finally started to lose weight but first in my upper part. It is skinny, I can see my bones. But how long will it take to see changes in my thighs and butt??Can I expect it?
Is it normal and good to see that I am getting skinnier belly and that I just need to be patient? looke its happened before just do this:
1. Drink Water! Water doesn't just help quench your thirst. All metabolic processes within the body utilize H2O and drinking plenty of it helps your body function optimally. It also helps you feel your best---many of the common daily headaches and fatigues we experience can result from a lack of water intake.
2. Eat Breakfast! Many Americans fail to realize the true value of a morning meal. It not only boosts energy for the long day ahead, but keeps your metabolism regulated. Skipping a meal can put the body into "survival mode" which means that it actually begins storing and saving fat as opposed to burning it.
3. Exercise! There is no easy way around it: successful and sustained weight loss requires a commitment to physical activity. The best way to be loyal to physical activity is to work it into each day. Take a small part of each day to go for a walk, do aerobics, do yoga, or whatever other type of activity you enjoy. Mix it up so that you don't get bored with it. Soon, you will not only get used to it, but you will feel better too!
4. Choose Variety! Don't let popular dieting trends fool you: Carbs are good for you too! In fact, carbohydrates are what your brain run on and are very important for proper body functions. Following a high-protein diet over a long period of time can not only cause headaches, but also places considerable stress on the kidney. The important thing is to eat a variety of foods. This includes fruits, vegetables and even carbs. Just remember to be smart about the types of carbs you eat:: whole wheat instead of white.
5. Eat Slowly! We all get in a hurry from time to time, but it is important to take the time to listen to our bodies. Eating quickly doesn't give our bodies time to tell our brains that we have eaten enough. Consequently, we continue eating and are left filling stuffed and bloated. Eating more slowly allows us to recognize when we actually have eaten enough and stop—it also helps us savour and enjoy the food we do eat.

Try new foods that you usually don't and maybe you will like them.. The fact that you're putting on weight in the middle but no muscle mass in the arms probably means that you're not getting enough nutrients. If you like sweets but not friet try snacking on dehydrated fruit. Dehydrated pineapple is SO SWEET and it tastes like candy. Alkso maybe try smoothies with protein powder mixed in, and defiantely take a multivitamin.
Also, you probably don't want to hear it, but if you can force yourself to eat a lot of fruits and veggies for just a few days they will probably make your body feel so incredibly good that you'll start craving them and your mind will be tricked into thinking you love to eat them. This worked for my meat and potatoes friend, who now gets into a bad mood if she doesn't have her daily salad!

Yes, it's unhappy. Almost as unhappy as begging for first-rate reply. I hate that! edit: You recognize, a few my contacts simply made a relatively well factor approximately the superstar factor. They do not do some thing, relatively, so why now not ask for them as soon as in awhile, only for a laugh? I retract my reply approximately the celebs (however now not approximately begging for 10 pts) and I am approximately to BEG for stars.

Change has to come from you. It will not be easy, so you need to want to change. You know what the answers are already, I think. Do you have a school nurse? She will be a good person to talk to.
Please give it a try, you only have one body, and you are doing things now that will cause lots of problems in years to come.
