im a very bad eater i mainly eat sweets choclate and no that much hot food i dont do physical education any more and dont play any sports i have very skinny arms and legs but a big belly and **** for the first time ever one of the boys in my year started slagging me and the school followed i really want to change but im very bad at eating i dont like vegies or any fruit can someone please help me!THERE IS NO NEED FOR SLAGGING ME HEARD IT ALL BEFORE AND YOUR NOT IMPRESSING ANY1!i need internet suppourt and tips will any1 voulenteer to help?leave a comment and e-mail me if your willing!

Do AT LEAST 20 pushups daily. And try to increase the minimum over time. Then you will be quite balanced.

I'm 13, and I can currently do up to 40 non-stop pushups (starting next week, I will try to increase to 45), so if I can do it, so can you.

I also eat as much as I want, and I'm still around 110 pounds.

Dude, I would start off by drinking lots of water. I know it is sort of a small step but ya gotta start somewhere. Also find small things to do and turn into some sort of excercise, man. Just work your way up from there. I've lost like eight pounds since starting college because I have to walk everywhere and I drink lots of water. I don't do excercises either, but if I were you though, I would look into it more. Not to be mean...just a thought. Also, ya gotta have a little will power.

it's your thyroid that regulates your metabolism.
i can't gain weight if i try... i have a high metabolism.
I'd bet a doctor could give you thyroid pills to speed up your metabolism, not like amphetamines ,
i don't know for sure...
but you must work on it yourself for the most part.
drink diet soda?
i hate it myself but i know people who say after a while they get used to it and even develop an addiction to it.... 0 calories
there is also low calorie sweets on the market, i know they cost more, but what price health?
and please at least go for some long walks, don't stop until you get wet somehow or other...(the theory is if you walk long enuf you'll either step in a puddle, get sprayed with a garden sprinkler, or it will rain).

well for you i would suggest trying the slim-fast diet. They have super sweet chocolate shakes you can make from powder for someone with a sweet tooth. You drink a shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a sensible dinner. You really do need to add exercise to this diet though, sorry to say. Even just walking for 30 minutes everyday is considered exercise.
