Water torture brings wet terrorists and dead young girls driving drunk's cars. In the former you can get valuable information in the latter you can remain US Senator for life.

It is a very sad day when the US has sunken to the level of using torture on people, and that we are now making bad jokes about it. This may be the US the conservatives want, but when you consider their roots, it is not surprising that they are overindulging their whims again. They did the same thing in the 60s when they were liberal.
