Forget all the advice you've had so far. Some is plain wrong and some is deliberately stupid. Penis pumps and pills do not work. Pumps can be dangerous by causing blood clots and possible heart attack. Most pills sold by email spam are just high priced sugar but some, like those that contain ephedrine are harmful to your health. Those that contain steroid compounds may make your penis larger but reduce your sex drive to nil. That defeats the purpose since sex is probably why you wanted a larger penis in the first place. The only thing that really works and is fairly safe is surgery. A great deal of the penis is inside the body and is held there by suspensory ligaments. The doctor cuts these ligaments releasing the penis to extend an inch or two (if you're lucky). Incidentally, girls can have this surgery too as their clitoris is also held by suspensory ligaments. It is often done on females along with removal of the clitoral hood to expose more of the clitoris for sexual gratification.

uh, decide whether its for you or someone else first. And then if you are sure that you want to...then just take those pills out there that make you something that you are....i mean...all of those pills that make your penis bigger..

get a bee bee gun shoot it untill it gets swolen then pute a rope around your penis get on a big building attach a sinder block to the end of the rops and drop the block off the edge....DUH! that's the easiest selution in my onpinion

U jus can't. Its not sum sort of toy. Do not using toys such as pumps or ne otr techniques. They will jus damage all the tissues and veins in it
