Starts in America on 4 October for 7 episodes and then finishes until February 2007 when it restarts for the rest of the series.
If you are desperate to watch it I'm sure you will be able to download it somewhere or buy a copy off ebay. ABC's website seems to offer free veiwing via the website but that's probably blocked for outside the US.
Best bet for seeing it on Channel 4 is probably some time around April 2007 though.

season 3 starts on Wednesday, October 4th 2006 at 9:00 PM eastern time on ABC.
