If you want to go the natural route, you can always look up a book called Achieve Hormonal Balance Naturally by Drs Mark and Angela Stengler. It talks of natural herbs that help to regulate your hormones. I was a skeptic who had wacky cycles but I went to the store and bought a PMS/Meno blend used to regulate hormones. It worked fantastically. Another book is Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Some of the herbs are Vitex (Chasteberry), Wild yam Root, Licorice root, Black Cohosh and Hops Extract. I found all of them in that one supplement I bought.
Unfortunately there are stories every day of people taking Depo and are now facing temporary or very long term infertility.
Have you seen an infertility specialist? Perhaps that would be your best option if you feel you do not want to go the natural route.
Good Luck.

But a bottle of Folic Acid Vitamin supplement and take 400mcg a day. This is what the Dr. told my friend to do. Also to increase your chances of conceiving....try to have an orgasm....this allows your cervix to open and lets the sperm swim in easier
a little tip i read in a PARENTING magazine
to conceive a girl do it missionary
to conceive a boy do it from the rear (doggy style)
GOOD LUCK

See an obgyn that specializes in infertility. You could also see a reproductive endocrinologist. Since you have been trying for over a year it might help to see a good doctor and make sure you and your partner are both healthy.

Has your guy been tested? He may be able to have an orgasm, but his swimmers might not be potent. It's important that you think about this as something for you as a couple to address and not something you have to deal with alone.
