Try the roll on glitter that you can buy, not the type of glitter you use for your reports and projects. Instead of going throguh the hassel of having to apply the glitter on after you've applied your eyeshado simply purcahse glitter/shimmer eyeshadow. This flashy five-some is all you need to turn up the volume for eyes. Each super-glittery shade is sweetly scented and packs a glittery shimmer. Double-ended shadow applicator included. You can also try the MAC glitter pigment. If you love glitter, this MAC Glitter Pigment is for you! A great product for face or body. For best results, apply a moisturizer/lotion to areas prior to dusting this product on. Caution: Do not apply too close to the eye. You may also try the Rimmel Stars Glitter Eye Shadow Pencil, Star Studded it's an eyeliner pencil with glitter in it. Preview: http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=145943&catid=9567&cmbProdBrandFilter=44895&aid=335944&aparam=rimmel_stars_glitter_eye
Also, look into the T. LeClerc All-Over Glitter Pencil. Like a magic stick, All Over Glitter Pencil leaves on the most unexpected places of the face or the body a whisper of stars, sparkles of gold or silver to play with light : a fun pen aiming at dressing the skin of light, to invent child play not that innocent.. Trick of the make-up artist : All Over Glitter Pencil is used on face and body :on the lids or around the eyes, to decorate ears, neck or shoulder. It can also be used with brush or fingertips for a diffused style.

try cream eyeshadow. i think of Revlon makes some. it works for me. in basic terms placed a sprint on and then use your fingertip to coach glitter. Dab your finger interior the glitter and touch your eyelid with out rubbing it.

Try to put clear lipgloss on your eyelids first, then put on the glitter.

Don't they make cosmetic glitter? I've seen it on girls (and guys!) plenty of times.

No. And you shouldn't be wearing makeup at all, it looks stupid, especially the eye shadow.
