Don't laugh at this but you might want to try peanut butter, or you can try using an iron, put a towel over the silly putty and then put the iron on low setting and iron over the spot until the silly putty becomes warm enough to pull the silly putty off, either way you are going to have to spot treat the shirt afterwords because of the oil in the silly putty and in the peanut butter if you use that method.

Try dishwasher soap..I know it sounds funny, but it works. Put it in the washing machine and let it agitate in HOT water for a couple minutes, then add the shirt.

Try putting the clothing item in the freezer for an hour or two. Maybe it will chip off.

Sea Breeze. Believe it or not this works! I have a 10 year old that pulled that stunt a couple years back. We Sea Breezed her sweatsuit and her hair! It was a mess, but it all came out!

maybe it works like gum: stick it in your freezer for about an hour or two (depends how much he rubbed on it or how much u managed to get out) after you take it out, it should just flake off like ice. hopefully.

Try putting it in the freezer, just like bubble gum. When it freezes, crack it out. Maybe...
