i'm on zoloft, and xanax. I feel sad all the time. What's wrong with me?

If you've had diarrhea for more than a couple of days, you're probably dehydrated. That would explain the weak, shaky feeling. Go to your local ED. You might need IV therapy.
As for feeling sad all the time... try getting into doing things for others in need (like volunteering). You might find you feel a lot better when you aren't so absorbed with yourself. You might also feel your life is a lot more rewarding and purposeful when you help others.

Sounds like you may have a stomach virus. It has been going around,same symptoms as the flu. ( shaky,weak & diarrah )
You may need to have your medications adjusted too.
You sound like you are manic and or severe depressiant.Perhaps you should check out":Mental Health Services".:) I am not trying to mean to you at all. I have had the same proplems in the past, and I ended up at the Mental Health. Which they changed my medications and feeling GREAT! I smile and laugh all the time now. That was 4 years ago. and i am off of meds now for severe depression . It also made me feel suicidal ! PLEASE go to the doctor (not that they can do anything about your stomach virus) it has to run it's own course. And the MHS...
