go to college and study script writing, creative writing, English, Japanese, culture, and get acquainted with the publishing industry. In the meanwhile try writing stories for fan zines etc.

im guessing u mean how do u get a job at an anime studio to write the stories for anime shows,well i don't know but learning how to english for years and learning fancy words to describe in your story's what the the character are doing is one way u can get hired.

Stay in school and learn the English language first. It seems as if that is where you are having difficulty now. Then study. Study hard, learn the art and craft of writing. Know your audience, too, because if you're aiming for a specific target, misses don't count towards you very well. But Learn English first. It will help.

About 75% of anime is based off manga so probably becoming a manga artist would be your best bet.

read alottt of anime books. and watch alot. i am serious. i have learned how to write it. because of watching it and reading so many books.
