yeah, it isn't going to happen. if you are looking to study history, but don't need the college credit, then go to your local library and crack some books.

STOP your search. Such a place does not exist!! How can a UNIVERSITY offer FREE on-line courses?? If they did, they would not be financially solvent for very long. DUH!!
