If you are having problems with morning sickness you may have to tell him sooner than later so he knows what is going on in case you mysteriously need some time off, but if you are feeling fine, then I would say it is up to you. I told my boss when I started to wear maternity clothes which was about 5 months along. I see no reason to tell him any sooner than you feel comfortable. It is really none of their business in my mind. A lot of people wait to tell everyone till they are past the danger point so the begining of your second trimester.

Probably within the first couple of weeks you know and/or get the basics at home worked out. That way you can work out maternity leave dates as soon as possible, and your boss won't be struggling to fill in the gaps last minute.

Hi, I would wait until you are twelve weeks along and sure that the baby is okay. This will give you're employer plenty of time to adjust.

I would tell them that you are pregnant as soon as possible. the sooner the better. If you don't tell them now they will think that you were trying to hide it.

I think you tell them as soon as possible. I think if you wait then they will be more disappointed for you lying to them.
