The movie crossover was filmed in Detroit,Mi and the parts that are in the movie are where i live at, maybe 4 blocks away but i didnt see no rad block offs or anything and it was filemed this summer but i still didnt see anything how do they do it? If you cant relate to the movie crossover well how do they film in any city or state without people knowing?

Most of the movie is filmed elsewhere. When the stars are in some other look-alike location, a small film crew is taking what they call location shots. These short bits of film are of famous spots in the real city. then once filming is complete, an editor splices the scenes together to make it look as though the star is in the real city. This form of shooting is far cheaper and less intrusive. They do it all the time in Washington, D.C. where there is no possible way to close off the main city streets for filming. e.g. They just make it look as though Kevin Costner is running around the Metro station in Pentagon City.

I think they film the movies really early in the morning when not a lot of people are awake

Just because you didn't see it doesn't mean anyone else didn't. I don't think they intentionally hide from the town while they're filming. Chances are they only filmed at certain times, and maybe you weren't around during those times.

this is realy kind of simple when shoutting a film you set it up with who ever in charge and get the area cleard by paying them off no one said making a movie was cheap
