Used to install fiberglass as part of my job. Shake them out then wash them alone several times .Dry them in a dryer. The fibers will come out. Your skin is another thing. First a cold shower followed by water as hot as you can stand rubbing in one direction. You will still feel a few pricks of fibers but your skin will push those out in a day or so. You can never get it out of your lungs ,it scars them also . Wear a respirator.

don't listen to those idiots, you don't have to throw away clothes covered in fibreglass, I have used fibreglass for donkeys years and if you simply wash the clothes together on their own in a normal wash in your machine, the clothes will come out clean and glass free...if you want, give them a good shake before you wash them...and to be honest, 90% of the time people get itchy because it is psychological...you ask anybody in construction and they will tell you that even the sight of fibreglass arriving on site ( even when it is sealed) will make people itchy hahahaha...no need to waste clothing , just wash them well

if you are using the fibreglass...here is a great trick to avoid itching...don't scratch yourself at all, and when you take the clothes off you when you are finished, rinse your skin in cold water , before you attempt to wash yourself, never get into a hot shower after insulationg because your pores will open and trap the fibres inside and you will be itchy for ages

I would toss the clothes. I assume you are talking about one or two sets, not all your clothes, but if you must try, use a lint brush, then run them through a wash cycle.

Throw them away. You won't be able to get those itchy little shards of glass out of them.
