I always pictured him with Lucy. In fact, I think that she was secretly in love with him and just showed it differently- u know picking on him and pulling the football every time, the almighty term of endearment "blockhead"... One of these days, I think she'll finally have a change of heart! And he will just realize that all those times what she was really saying was "I love you! Just don't know how to show you yet." You know how it is.

He dumped her. She was too one dimensional for him. Now he is dating one of the Powder Puff girls. He digs those outfits, and what is not to like about someone who saves the world before bedtime. After Charles Schulz left the scene Charlie became a real ladies man. He found out that the little red headed girl wasn't a true redhead. A snoopy friend of his found this out and told him. I have always wondered if Charlie wasn't Charles Schulz. It may have been his alter ego. They both shared the same name.

Nope, its just like in the TV shows where there's a couple that seems to belong together. They tease you with it for years, creating interesting storyline after storyline. And then one day they get dumb and put them together. Its wonderful for one episode or so and then, uh now what? The show gets boring and the show dies because it was the chase that was the interesting part of the story.
