I'm a diehard, lifetime Dale Earnhardt Jr fan!!

I wasn't a fan of his father but I do respect what Dale Sr accomplished on and off the track. People are so quick to say that Dale Jr was handed everything to him and that is simply not true. Dale Sr would never just give anybody anything, he made them work for it and that included his children. Dale Sr made Dale Jr prove to him that he was serious about racing.

Dale Jr is not trying to be his father. He has said time and time again that he does not want to be his father. He is his own person.

Some of you really need to get off the "Dale Jr is handed everything" stick because it is good and dried up.

I was a Dale SR fan, I will Pul for Junior but I am not a fan persay. As for Jimmy J. I could put him in the bottom 10 of the drivers I pull for.I was a fan of his when he raced Busch full time,But after his rookie year he became a I'm better than you attitude and this lost some of his fan base.

i have spoke of when you consider that Kahne got here to Hendrick Motorsports he has grew to change into the volume 2 guy in the back of Johnson. Jimmie of direction, is Rick Hendrick's bypass to guy. genuinely at the same time as i look at Hendrick I see, Johnson who the crew is equipped round, the all-celebrity. Then I see Kahne, a youthful driver with potential. Then I see Gordon and Earnhardt Jr., both are close to to no longer having a lot of a career anymore, and the only component preserving them at Hendrick or in Nascar is their names. Jeff because he's on the verge of fall down of reitre contained in the subsequent couple of years, he wouldn't have lengthy, and Junior because extremely, it feels like Junior is burned out on racing. It extremely only surprises me because once you hear him in interviews and be conscious him race, I do only not imagine he cares, he only does it for the money and for his dad's legacy at this factor. in spite of the indisputable fact that I see Johnson getting 4-5 wins , possibly 6. Kahne would have 2-3, and Junior and Gordon receives a million a chunk. I say Gordon wins at Indianapolis, and Junior wins at Bristol or Michigan again.

I am a Bobby Labonte fan, but I like Dale Jr. better. I always really liked this dad, so I think that is mostly why. He is also a great driver, and a cool guy.

Hmmm...I like them both.
Both are great drivers!
Jimmy is a cutie, but can't bring myself to fast-forward through the Dale/Wrangler commercial...he looks adorable in those jeans;)
