because people are nasty and lazy!if you go to their house it probably isnt clean..keeping things clean is not important to them...they think..oh well i am not the one that has to pick it up....but they are the kind of people that would be the first ones to say something to someone if something was thrown in their yard!!!!

American's are spoiled people. Those are the ones that had mothers that cleaned up after them or mothers that didn't clean at all. You know the type, they are the selfish type, rebels (oh look at me I'm breaking the law by throwing this beer can out the car window) lazy boyz, and the ones that think they will never get caught ect.......

Because some people are lazy and nasty! It doesn't take a lot of effort to drop something in a trash can but some people refuse to do it.

People that litter are just plain LAZY and very inconsiderate of others. They need to respect the earth that we live on and try to keep it clean and beautiful.
