Someone told me that he had a custody battle with her over their two children and he won,and that now they live with him.Is this true or just a rumor?

Yes he did.He took them away from her for some stupid reason,now he's forcing them on the Sci-ti-freak religon.And Katie's there stepmom.They dnt look 2 happy.

No. They have it set up to where the kids will stay with Tom and Katie, while Nicole is touring with her new husband. She didnt want to take the kids out of school.
