Squirrell must be nuts!
Of course disposables can be used more than once...they don't go blunt on one use!
As others have said the numbers of uses will be affected by various factors...but if you clean the blades after shaving, and dry the blade so hat it reduces 'rusting' - and keep it in a dry place between uses - you should get at least 1 to 2 weeks out a single razor (I've even had a month out of 1 blade as though it does depend on the amount of stubble you let grow, and its 'toughness').
Note: Make sure your skin is very well wetted - and use a quality shaving product (I now only use the 'certified organic shaving gel' from miessence, because it has no chemicals and no propellants you can get it online somewhere like http://www.saferalternative.com - and the best product I know if you have sensitive skin - lasts ages, too)...then the blades will also last even better.

It would be easier to ask "How long is a piece of string!"
It depends on the toughness of the skin, the thickness of the hair, the standard of lubicant on the face (i.e. shaving soap or gel), the preparation of the face (why do you think barbers use hot towels) and the technique of the user.
Oh, and of course, no two blades are the same.
It is a suck it and see.
Some men cannot use disposables more than once because their beard is too tough; others seem to use the same one for weeks.
When the blade starts to pull against the skin, then throw it. When the shave is not as smooth as you used to get, throw the blade.
Not the answer you wanted, but thats life

Once - they're called "disposable" for a reason, you know. I realise that razor blades are ridiculously overpriced, and for that reason you might wanna try using these disposables more than once, but you're more likely to get cut that way, you see.

If you're over 22, once.
If you're under 18, thrice. You have no hair to speak of.
But the real answer is: as many times as you like until it starts to hurt, bleed and fail to shave properly. As it happens, if you have anything much growing out of your face, that will be once.

Soap your face thoroughly and let it soak for several minutes, after about five minutes your beard will soften and you can get a smooth shave using only ordinary soap there is no need for fancy creams. I've got quite bristly whiskers but I can get seven to ten comfy shaves before I have to change it. For bum fluff you should get about a fortnights use.

When your skin comes away in strips, its probably well past its use by date but I would say three to four uses would be a good guideline.
