If you can use bleach it will sometimes remove it all. If you can't soak the spots with lemon juice, put salt on it and lay on green grass in the sun. Repeat if necessary. It works I have tried it! Mildewcide is very expensive. It works.
I read about the lemon juice and salt in a book on how to clean anything. I worked for a linen service which used mildewcide
