Ever since.. i guess birth when i get even just slightly warm, my feet turn blood red and like swell. and they do that thing where you touch em and a little white dot is still there on my foot and then it disappears. and my hands do it sometimes. and when i am really cold they turn slightly pinkish purple. maybe i'm jsut weird, but i was just wondering if someone knew what it was.

Did you tell your family doctor? It may be poor blood circulation or lack of iron.

sounds like poor circulation. try sitting with your feet pulled up under your thighs. or sleeping with a pillow under your feet.

you might have a deficiency of iron???? go to the doctor sounds serious
