You may want to consider seeing a doctor. All woman have a small amount of testosterone (the male hormone) in them just like all men have a small level of estrogen ( the female hormone)
It's possible that your body is producing more testosterone than it should be and you would need to See a doctor about getting a prescription to level out your hormonal balance if this is the case.

I'm a blond but i get that fuzzy hair also just above the jawline, near sides of face, also on stomach, arms and fingers, and i have been using one of those mini shavers, they look like a tubular silver pen--mine is called "finishing touch", but they sell them all over the place now, and i just use it about every week or two and it just cleans up that peach fuzz stuff, and keeps the skin smooth. It has not made that hair grow back coarser or darker just cleans it up, i also use it around my upper lip every so often when i start getting a little fuzz there. I love mine. Also works good in other more sensitive areas also....I swear by mine, i even have an extra one in case my one dies!!!
But definately check it out with your DR. in case you do have an inbalance, just to be sure. But sounds like a curse of being a brunette.

Talk to your doctor honey. Some women have lots of hair, but there are some hormonal disorders that can make too much hair. Get checked first to see if you are OK.
You probably are.
Many women use electrolosis (electric hair removal) or other hair removal- waxing, plucking (ouch) things like that. Ask your favorite female realitve or a big sister/older friend
No need to be ashamed, and if you hate it, it's OK to get rid of it.
Youmay come to be OK with it later in life, many people consider extra hair sexy on a woman :)

You don't say, but it sounds like you are a personw with dark hair, and probably darker skin type. Many women from various ethnic groups have this problem. Some women shave the offending hair away. This is a daily process just like for men. OR you can have it waxed off, or wax it off yourself. You can pluck it with tweezers (ouch!). Depending on your skin color you can use bleaching agents (buy at a beauty supply store), or if you have a lot of money you can have electrolysis to get rid of it.
Some women just live with it and dont see it as a problem. Many men like the look of this downy hair on the sideburns and belly etc.
You are just noticing it more now because you are in puberty and your hormones aggravate the hair growth.
Relax and be you, your internal self. Then decide what avenue for hair removal you can afford. Look at your Mom, Aunts and sisters and see what their hair patterns look like and ask them what they have done.
Good luck.

I have the same problem you have. Its in my genes to have a small amount of hair everywhere. im 17 and im saving up to get it all surgically removed right now im sticking to teh basics like waxing and nairing but when i get it lasered the hair will NEVER come back but it is pricy but i dont want to deal with it any longer and plus its permenant. im self conciuos as well with the whole tieing up my hair and not waering a two piece but hey we ALL have a flaw or two and thank god its not a scaring or ace or something thats not as easy as taking away hair. so dont worry. its really just hair and it can be easily treated!

Get a bangs haircut! Then, you may bypass away your hair up each and every of the time with the bangs protecting up your brow! lots of celebrities on the instant have those haircuts! I easily have a facet bang haircut, because of the fact I easily have a similar situation as you! i'm particular you will possibly look super with some bangs! section bangs or immediately bangs!

What can I say, you are just a hairy girl. My friend was like that, she had hair all over her butt and back. She used Nair all over. You can actually have this removed during your next visit to the hair salon. It is very simple. Trust me, people will be curious, but people of substance and true friends word care. They will like you for you.
