Depending on what type of drugs you are referring to, just take into account that the skin is the largest organ of the human body, and if any drug, such as all illegal drugs, affects any other organ in the body, the skin will also be affected. A journalist with the OREGONIAN newspaper did a article where mug shots were put next to the persons drivers license pic, and the difference is absolutely scary.

In many ways!
You aren't specific enough for anyone to answer your question. But anything you take into your body will affect that largest organ your body has - the skin. Some drugs dry the skin, others make it oily, some drugs make you flushed, others make you appear pale.
Refine your question and maybe you'll get a better answer!

Some drugs can cause immediate death or permeate brain damage. Side effects of cocaine are that they can give you heart attacks even though you are in shape.
Sleeping is harder once doing drugs. Many drugs will increase breathing rate, heart beats per minute and blood pressure. They will make your skin pale in color. Give you bad breath or stain your teeth. Drugs can also affect your sexual performance.

Depends on the kind of drug and how much you take and if its over the counter drugs, you should read the leaflet!
othe rdrugs, well you sweat alot, (so drink water)...so lots of toxins obviously escape, put a face mask on after the drug taking...I used to! Clay is the best, If you puff, you get spots around your mouth occasionally, You can get very dry skin from certain drugs so take a bath and moisturise your whole body with baby lotion!
One more option to avoid bad drug skin..DON"T take them!!

Many drugs dehydrate you which will make your skin very dry. Some drugs are known to elevate blood sugar (such as pseudoephedrine) which make you more prone to infection, e.g. skin lesions won't heal. If you have an allergic reaction to the drug you can break out in hives.

Drug addicts often have bad skin because all of the natural goodness is drained out of their bodies. They are often sallow looking with acne, sunken eyes and bad teeth. It's the effect of the drugs draining all of the nutrients from them.
