Personal opinion is that fish is a meat. All vegetarians I know consider it off limits as it's an animal.

I know one who does and two who don't. It really depends on what point in life they are. If they just started, then they include fish. But it really depends on the person. Oh, and you spelled vegetarians wrong, twice.
