You count the weeks since the first day of your last mentrual period. It doesn't make sense, but that's when the weeks of pregnancy begin.

Take the first day of your last period subtract 3 months and add 7 days that should give you your due date remember your due date is an approximate date not all women delivery on the due date. your pregnancy is usually 40 weeks but you are full term at 37 weeks. good luck your doctor will do an ultra sound they measure the baby and they can tell by the size of your baby how far a long you are hope this helps

your first day of the last period to begin with then start counting in weeks. every 4 weeks make a month of pregnancy. since the months of pregnancy are 28 days only... 40 weeks after is your due date if you are a regular...

Go from the day you missed your last period. That tells you how many weeks you are. Count 40 weeks from than, and this is your due date.
